Oct 22-Nov 22 Came Moreno & Decken Kodeak: “Cartographies of Instinct”
October 6, 2026 by adminThe exhibition proposes an encounter between two visual universes that Explore the relationship between human beings and nature, memory, and Territory.
In the work of Came Moreno, the human body and birds appear as symbols of identity, freedom, and transformation. His new figurative pieces, constructed through lines, present the body not merely as an anatomical form but as an emotional map — a territory traversed by experiences, Impulses, and memories.
In Decken’s work, the image is organized through fragments of color, landscapes, human figures, and elements from the ocean. His compositions function as contemporary cartographies where the real, the symbolic, and the imaginary coexist. The sea, coral, and natural organisms evoke the origins, adaptation, and constant transformation of life.
Although their artistic languages differ, both artists share a common quest: to understand the human being as part of a living ecosystem. Birds, the body, the ocean, and organic forms become signs of a deeper memory— One linked to instinct and to the way we inhabit the world.
