June 26-July 19 Derms: “Cycles”

#Hashtag Gallery is pleased to present Cycles, a solo exhibition of new and existing works by Mexican artist Derms, opening with a reception on June 26, 2026.

Cycles es una serie que centraliza el concepto del consumo y su afectación al ecosistema. Como lo irreal y lo tangible se vuelven uno solo a partir de composiciones únicas. Cada lienzo es un estudio acerca del equilibrio entre humanos, animales, naturaleza, criaturas mágicas y desechos inorgánicos que a su vez es fragmentado.

Cycles is a series that centers on the concept of consumerism and the impact it has on the ecosystem. Where the unreal and the tangible become one through unique compositions. Each canvas is a study of the balance between humans, animals, nature, magical creatures, and inorganic waste, which is in turn fragmented.
